I am honored to have been selected to receive a UUSC Professional Development Award. It will be my 10thanniversary of working at the University this Spring, and I have been lucky to work with amazing faculty who have encouraged and supported my professional development. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Project Management, and this award will help support my Portfolio Management course, and my goal of completing that program. I have already begun applying what I have learned to the research projects that I manage, and have increased our on-time deliverable submission to over 90% on time. I am looking forward to bringing more tools and techniques that I learn to support the University’s goals of increasing research funding and producing impactful research outcomes.
