I am thrilled to accept the UUSC Professional Development Award. I want to express my gratitude to the University of Utah Staff Council. This grant is evidence that the UUSC actively invests in employees and staff. I respect and appreciate the Staff Council's drive to fulfill one of its main objectives: to provide development, advancement, and enrichment opportunities for the University Staff Community. I will allocate the grant toward tuition for my final semester in the University of Utah Master of Healthcare Administration program. I intend to leverage the knowledge and tools learned in the MHA program to become a more effective leader in the University of Utah Health Pharmacy Department. I look forward to advancing my career and making a lasting, positive impact on the organization.
