I am deeply grateful and truly honored to receive the professional development award, which will support my current enrollment in the Professional Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) program at the University of Utah. This generous award contributes to my academic development and allows me to build the necessary skills to advance my practice as a clinical healthcare leader and drive meaningful change. In my nearly eight years with University of Utah Health, I've gained valuable lessons from leaders within the institution and those across the Mountain West. I've discovered that the strength of diverse teams, united by a shared vision and fueled by effective communication and collaboration, is critical in making impactful system-level contributions to healthcare.
