Highlights from the July 2024 UUSC General Meeting!

Staff Council hosted two amazing speakers at our July 2024 General Meeting! Here's a quick recap for those who missed it:

• Theresa Dvorak, Director of Culinary Medicine, showed us how to make a zesty lentil salad! The recipe can be found here.
• Solomon Brumbaugh, TDM Manager of Commuter Services, gave us a general overview of the scope and responsibilities of Commuter Services, how they are working to support the long-term goals of the University of Utah, and available avenues for feedback to the department.
