The University of Utah Staff Council is pleased to announce applications are now being accepted for Staff Professional Development Awards. The Staff Professional Development Awards are intended to support staff aiming to further their professional development while contributing to the University of Utah’s Strategic Priorities.
In order to be eligible for an award the applicant must meet the following criteria:
- The applicant must be currently employed at 75% or above Full-Time Equivalency (FTE) in a benefits-eligible position at the University of Utah and have held a consistent position at this level for at least two (2) consecutive years.
- The applicant may not have received a Staff Council Award within the past two years.
- The applicant may not be a current Staff Council Member.
The deadline to apply for this round of awards is January 30th.
The number of annual awards is determined by available funding and award recipients will be notified within 30 days of the application deadline.
