I am so grateful to have been selected for this award. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education and this award will allow me to focus more fully on the program and less on the financial worries of attending school. I have already been able to apply what I am learning in the program to my role at the School of Dentistry and I am excited to continue learning how to be an effective higher education professional and support students in their educational journeys. I am grateful to work with a team and for an institution that supports the development of its staff!
