Access, Belonging, & Community Outreach Committee

The Access, Belonging, & Community Outreach Committee is committed to creating an accessible campus and a sense of belonging and community for staff and all members of the U.

Goals 2023-24

Our committee goals for the year:

  • Foster University faculty and staff campus-wide affinity groups, in order to create a connected and thriving community on and off campus
  • Hold space for discussion and growth by hosting quarterly ABC book clubs
  • Provide a safe place for faculty and staff to bring their concerns involving discriminatory policies, practices, or for those who may be facing discrimination in the workplace
  • Create connection and build relationships with campus and off campus organizations who are able to provide support to marginalized individuals
